BTW for those that are clueless as to what the secret message is, its on the ticket. A friend of mine contributed his ticket as well so even though Alex is getting one, there are still two tickets left.

… and I wish I could be there, but it just won't happen…. In other words, I have 2 tickets available to those who require them. Just EMAIL or leave your name, address, etc. Jeff Richardson Altered Image Productions P.S. only one stipulation….the two people getting the tickets have to find each other at the party and chug a brew for me….<G>!! Bottoms up ^

Jeff, Thanks for your offer, but actually I was giving my tickets away also. I had three and they went fast, so maybe someone else will take you up on your offer. I like you stipulation … the two people getting the tickets have to find each other at the party and chug a brew for me… That's the spirit. <g> -JE

If it's still available, I'd like to get one of the Party tickets… There are two of us going, and only one registered program. I don't trust the snail-mail at this point, so if it's still available I'll make other arrangements with you privately. And, of course, I'd be glad to hoist one so that you can be there in spirit. -Roger

Jeff, If it's not too late… I need one Siggraph pass, badly. I have made all the other arrangements, but I'm still minus one pass. Beer, what's that? <g> Thanks, Darrin Sabin 1420 E. Bethany Home Rd. No. 12 Phoenix, AZ 85014

Darrin, Are you looking for a pass to the Adesk gathering or the Exhibition floor? Paul

Actually, I think I've wrangled a ticket to the ASOFT party, but I still need a pass to the exhibit. Darrin

Darrin, Well a number of people had free passes to the exhibition, I think John Foust was giving them out. If you can't find one. let me know, I have around 12 free passes to the exhibition. Every vendor in the world has been sending them to us. PAul

Paul, I was supposed to receive of John Foust's, but evidently someone @ Syndesis forgot to include the pass with some of their product literature. By the time we figured it out, he'd sent 'em all out. I'd really appreciate one of your 12, I really don't feel like shelling out $50, for something I could get for free. I promise not say another word about Siggraph tickets on this forum… at least until next year<g> Gracias, Darrin Sabin 1420 E. Bethany Home Rd. No.12 Phoenix, AZ 85014

Darrin, O.K., when are you leaving for Siggraph? Is there enough time for us to mail it to you? Paul

It's gonna be a one-nighter, quick trip (leave the 27th, return the 28th). So I guess it's worth the risk. Not knowing where in the US you'd be mailing from. Address is on one of many of my desperate requests. BTW- I have noticed for some time – using WINCIM – that your automated CIS program pokes in and out of the forum on regular intervals. At first, I thought this was a bit excessive, but now I understand it's convenience. It's almost like corresponding via CB or something. What program do you use? Thanks again. Darrin Sabin

Darrin, The ticket is on it's way. It's coming from Virginia. As to the CIS dialup, it's just a little program that a local grad student wrote for me. It allows me to set intervals and it automatically dials up, checks e-mail and ASOFT forums and then logs off. It actually checks 6 different dial up access boards including our Internet connection, all without us ever having to touch a key. It has the ability to beep or play tunes if any e-mail or messages are directed at us. Paul

One more beep before bed. Thanks. Now everything's in order. I appreciate your quick responses. I'm sure you aren't just sitting around doing nothing. See you in Orlando. Darrin

If Paul can't mail 'em to you, I _may_ have an extra free pass. Let me know if it doesn't work out with Paul (snail mail wise), and I'll e-mail you my phone number… John Tissavary (LUNA cie)

Sounds good John. I'll let you know. Thanks Darrin

Darrin, if you need a pass to the exhibits (I remember you already got a 3DS party pass), don't stress so much. All you have to do is pay $50 at the registration desk (it's the one you get to after waiting in line for @ 3 hours <g>), and you're in like Flynn! Siggraph is big enough for all of us to attend.
