the format of fli/flc files can be found in the March issue of Dr. Dobbs.
It was written by the author of the fli/flc file format Jim Kent. Also,
Jim loaded a complete 'C' program on the Dr. Dobbs BBS (go DDJ)
that accompanies the article and it will read and play a file.
