Not really, good PC programmers are a rare breed, indeed. Are you talking
32/64-bit home console (Saturn, PSX etc), PC, or 16-bit console (Genesis,
Nintendo)? You might try the agencies and headhunters, I know they charge a
lot, but when I was at Virgin Games it was the only way of finding a decent
supply of candidates.
