I would really appreciate it if Autodesk could post an example CDK app that
compiles with an internal makefile.
In addition, anyone who has any tips on building a Cyberspace app with an
internal makefile, the info would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem
I spent half a day trying to get 3dsanim to build with an internal makefile and
finally gave up. (I got it to build ok, but it would die with various errors
under NT 3.5)
I went back to using the make file supplied with the demo.
So I am also interested in seeing a sample internal make file with all of the
compile/link parameters.
