#Peter's Water FLC

Peter –
Cool animation!!! Just what I needed to cool off in this unusual Maine heat. It
made me want to dive right in and feel that cold brook race by.
Now to tell you where your animation is <G> The libraries here in AMMEDIA are
stuffed full and there aren't a lot of files I can delete since they are still
actively being downloaded. We are at the maximum "library blocks" that
Compuserve gives out so the alternative was to open a companion forum called
ASHOWCASE to give members a place to upload. This forum is closed to new
animations since they tend to be so large. That's all explained in the "News
Flash" which I update periodically – and yes – I know nobody reads it!
I downloaded your .FLC, enjoyed it, zipped it up to reduce the file size from
3,082,922 to 2,747,437 and uploaded it (under your name of course) to the
ASHOWCASE Forum.
For everyone else reading this try to remember to put your "showoff" files in
ASHOWCASE. I don't always have time to move them and have to write to you that
you have to reup yourself. Lucked out today on time.

Anne,
I'm busily writing a book about Animator Studio. I'd like to post some sort of
note asking for cool flics and avi files to be included.
Here's the message:
*******
Artists!
Call for animations. I am wasting away my sabbatical from Autodesk by writing
a book on Animator Studio. I would be happy to put your animation on the CD,
to show the world what can be done with Autodesk Multimedia software.
Specifically I'm looking for anything you're proud of, that you'd like to give
away to the world.

Anne, tommorrow my permanent home account kicks in so I'll be using my

thanks,

Mark,
folks can send you files, just like they send you mail, over compuserve. ask
them to zip the suckers down though to save on uploading and downloading time.

Mark,
You might see if your folks can upload their files to this forum for you – if
they email you, it'll cost them money to upload, but if they contribute to this
forum, it costs only for their phone call. Check with Anne if she thinks this
would be appropriate. Considering you're the Animator Studio Sabbatical
Product Manager, it seemed appropriate to me.
