Does anyone know where I can get 3DS for under $100? $3000 is a bit pricey for me. Any help is appreciated. Tony Mahar

>> Does anyone know where I can get 3DS for under $100? << Yes, but it is VERY complicated. The hardest steps are paying off the huge fines imposed by the judge and telling your cellmate Bubba to pick up his own soap. <g> -David J. Marks

That was pretty good. But I was looking for maybe an old version with that "dongle" thing that no one was going to use. Tony Mahar

>> But I was looking for maybe an old version << Keep your eyes glued to Section 12 where people often post used software for sale. It usually goes quick though. I did see a discounted version 2 available through Surplus Software, but I think it was closer to $500. If you are a full-time student that meets certain requirements, there are student versions available as well. I think there was also some sort of educational bundle that included older versions of AutoCAD, 3DS and one or two other packages, but very limited documentation. – Dave
