"I'll let you see it first."
There might have been a bit of a misunderstanding there, Phil. If you will
EasyPlex your article to me, I will proof it and submit it FOR you. There will
be no further effort required on your part. Somebody has to edit it; might as
well be the music editor, eh? Anyway, as much as I hate having MY stuff
touched up, I tend to be VERY delicate with other's work.
Just in case there was any confusion; I wasn't sure from your wording.

That's fine with me. The only question I have has to do with illustrations and
(maybe) a program listing. I use about a six line C program to do the
conversion. I'm not sure whether I can send that on EasyPlex (I haven't worked
much with it at all.) Anyway, I have started writing, and will send you a copy
(with a listing, at least) as soon as I'm done. Essentially the program just
hacks off the beginning and end of the file to be converted. I'm sure there
must be file editors that can do this (Though I don't have one). The trick, of
course, is finding out WHAT to hack off. But you'll see that soon…. Thanks
for the help.
EasyPlex can handle just about anything you care to throw at it, especially now
that they've increase the file size limit.
The C source code can be sent along with the text of the article; EasyPlex does
not reformat in any way, so it will be safe. Illustrations can be done with
any IFF drawing or rendering program, ARCed, and sent via EasyPlex binary. I
will be happy to get with you and walk you through this; just ask!
Looking forward to seeing your stuff.
Rick
