#Which Multisync?

I have decided that its finally time to relegate the old 1084 monitor to my
son's A500 and invest in a new multisynch for my A2000……the question
is, which multisynch? I am trying to anticipate the new ECS. I don't plan
to get a FlickerFixer yet, so it must scan down to 15.75KHz.
I do a lot of video and thought perhaps the Mitsu Diamondscan might be a
good choice with its output options, but I have heard that the screen lacks
contrast. The composite output would be nice, but by far my first priority
is a good, sharp, easy-on-the-eyes RGB display. I have been leaning toward
the NEC 3D lately.
I would appreciate any comments anyone might have on the above mentioned
monitors or any others that might be good choices. Perhaps someone can
point me to a file somewhere that might list Amiga monitor options?

TAke a look at the new Commodore 1950 multi-sync monitor. The one
I've seen looks very good.

The best looking monitor I have EVER seen is the Zenith 1492, but alas, it
is only rgb. I did compare it next to a NEC 2D and 3D as well as a .26
pitch sony multiscan, can't remember the number. The Zenith blew them all
away! The contrast, depth of color and antiglare screen is a winner.
What was the price? I bought my 3D for $620 and it's super. Plus, I can
switch from interlace to flickerfixer output with an A-B box, as it will
handle both outputs.
The best price I have seen mailorder on the Zenith 1492 (vga not multiscan
or rgb) is around $600. I was considering getting one for my A3000 but
found out that the VGA port on the back of the A3000 would not support all
of the resolution modes that the multiscan monitor could so I picked up a
commodore 1950. The 1950 is not a bad monitor but I was not able to
compare it side by side to a sony or NEC.
Regarding my last reply to yours, I mistated that the Zenith 1492 was RGB,
I meant to say it is a VGA, sorry.
