Bill, I've been having a problem reaching the Digital "Outlet" store. Here in Canada, DEC does not seem to be aware of such a thing, such a shame. I am interested in ordering some items from them. Would you kindly send me their address, or closest address, and a telephone number. This would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Manuel

Manuel, I'll check the flyer I have at the office today and see if there is any address or phone number other than the 800 one available and get back to you with it. Bill

Manuel, I did some checking and I don't have any other numbers or addresses for the "Outlet" store. However, as near as I can tell it's related to their DECdirect catalog if that's any help. Perhaps Bill Mayhew will have a lead, but he's busy and away from the forum for a few days. If I can come up with anything else I'll let you know. Bill

FYI: 1-800-DIGITAL is The Outlet (or 1-800-344-4825).

Manuel, The Outlet is reached simply by calling DECdirect. The DECdirect phone number provides access to most/all low-end products, including all the stuff in the Outlet. So the bottom line is that the Outlet's only real distinct identity is in the piece of mail it sends you. If you order the part you want from DECdirect, and they have them available, you will be charged the Outlet price. -Bill
