#pro 350 Synergy problem

I have a pro/380 with a 70mb hard drive, running P/OS V3.2
and recently picked up a copy of Synergy from Decus (pro 180).
When I try to run DataManager,Prose Plus form the error message
Prose Plus V2.0 is not loaded or is inaccessible. I have reloaded
Prose Plus and have run the "Release notes for V3.2" @ApplFix command
file to assure the System files are in LB000. The error output to
the printer is; stat8 2 -1 -912 -1 -1 -1 -1.
When running Data Form and the Write report or Print report options
are selected from the F11 window the functions do not complete, the
error message "Application fatal error" is presented on the screen
and the application is aborted with the instruction "press RESUME".
When resume is pressed a second error message "fatal error, the
application has ended abnormally, exit task 4." with no fault code.
It looks like there is a bad file in Synergy-DataManager, called
Decus they sent a fresh copy it has the same problem.
Has anyone seen the problem? Is there a clean copy that will run?

If you want a clean set of Synergy diskettes drop me a line or give me a
call (312-667-8171). I remember getting that same error a couple of years
ago but I cannot remember the cause…one problem I had was setting
the video to interlaced mode on a 350, that went bust, but it seems that
the errors you're getting are somewhat a mystery to me. Let me know how I
can help you…
