Works just fine. The sampler settings I have are Max Mono 44744 Vox
Value 20 Bias 0 Device Parallel. I just checked after reading your
message and all is fine. I think your prob may be hardware which is why I
suggested trying superecho. If you can use the line input (rca jack) then
I can think of no reason the mic wouldn't work. The output to Amy is the
same. As a matter of fact, you can mix the two inputs which is kind of fun
(no mix level control though). Let me know what happens with it.

That is very strange if both mic and RCA jacks are always being
accepted. The RCA works and the Mic doesn't.

Have you've been able to try any other software with the mic yet? That
should be able to isolate the prob for you. Give it a try.

FutureSound sends both through simultaneously. That's why I wondered why
there is a button to click on to select which input to use!

If you are referring to the red button on the futuresound unit, then I
think I have found your problem. The button is not a select input button
but is an A/B type switch for the pass through parallel port. For
digitizing through either input, the button should be lit (on). If it is
off, then no digitizing. The unit just passes the parallel signals through
the port. Hopefully that takes care of it for you ! Jim
My futuresound unit doesn't have a button on it! I was referring to a
button in the program Future in the upper left that supposedly toggles
RCA/Mic.

I've been using Audiomaster I and II for so long that I didn't even
remember a toggle in the Future program. I certainly haven't needed it
with AMII. If I need to isolate a line, I just unplug the other one or
switch off the source.
