What about the Atari ST version of SBPro. I tried doing some DML programming for my business about a year ago but gave up when I couldn't get any support. Doug Anderson

The Atari version is something which we've been having a degree of conversation with Atari Corp about lately, and as yet we have scheduled no new upgrades in the immediate future. Beyond that, I can't say as yet. A lot will have to do with whether people (not necessarily yourself, mind you) get around to sending in their reg cards: at present, I'd say well below 10% of all the units we've sold are registered, which doesn't make for a large (known) user base to upgrade. I may be off by 100 or so, but I believe that there are only about 250 registered ST Pro users out there, a LOT more Personal ($79 list) owners, and a bit more for Personal/2, but still not very many when compared with the 6000+ Amiga owners NOT COUNTING the Personal and Personal 2 owners, or the number of PC types who are about the same number. A big OUCH, if you know what I mean. –Duke

Are you saying that your Amiga sales are approximately equal to your PC sales? Wow. I saw your press in Infoworld recently. Maybe someday we'll have an Amiga weekly…

This is posted privately so as not to discourage people, but no, I'm NOT saying that Amiga sales are approximately equal to our PC sales. What I said was that our PC sales after 1 year are quickly approaching those of our Amiga products after FIVE. The only correlation as it currently stands is that there are approximately the same number of users…. –Duke
