I was wondering if anybody could tell me where I could order Fred Fish
disks reel cheep. (Say in the $2 US range.) I'm in Ontario and would need a
place that would ship here…
Thank you..

The best source for Fred Fish disks (IMHO) is Amy Today. They can be
reached at;
(805) 687-5643 or
640 WillowGlen Rd.
Santa Barbara, CA 93105-2438
Their price on FF and other PD disks has always been $2.00 and I don't
think you will have a problem with them shipping the disk to you in
Ontario.

I see that Vic has already given you a good source….
tongue in cheek…. you could get the Xetec CD-ROM drive (CDx-650E) for
around $650 or so. It comes with the Fred Fish library upto disk # 370….
purchasing all 370 @ $2.00 per disk would be over $700. and you get to
keep the CD-ROM drive 🙂

Or you can buy HyperMedia's Fish on Disk collection (current version is 1.2
and covers disks 1-480, while Xetec's is split over TWO disks purchased
separatly) for $69 from Hypermedia, $109 from Hypermedia for a 3 disk (1
year) subscription, or $50 for the current disk from my store. <g> You
still need the player, but if you have an A590/A2091/A3000/HardFrame scsi
interface (or some other that supports the SCSI DIRECT protocol, you call
roll your own CD-ROM player by buying CDROM-FS for $49 from HyperMedia
(they are just one of the dealers selling it, it's a Canadian Product) and
most any SCSI CD-ROM player (mine is a refurbished Toshiba internal that
cost me $225).
And you get to keep the CDROM player! <g>
