Thanks for sending me your info sheets on the ECS chip set and future developments on the Amiga. It was gracious of you to do so. BTW, I tried to find your userID, but I can't. So I hope this gets to you, or someone can relay it to you. Merci Beaucoup (French for "Thanks a lot")! Eric Pinnell

Eric: I hope that the articles cleared up some of your questions regarding 1.3, 2.0 and the ECS. I assume that everything has been running fairly smoothly for you lately, as I haven't seen the rash of frustrated pleas for help to which we had all become so accustomed!<g> No Problem (english for " My Pleasure") – Whapping from the North Coast Michael

You want frustrated pleas? It can be arranged, for a very MINIMAL fee!<g> Yes, the books were a great help. Not rain nor snow nor even computer viruses can slow me down. heck, I've even used the IBeM emulator with the Multiverse Player Assist software, and it works (albeit rather slowly). Wonder why there is no mouse support? PS: I tried searching for your UserID, but I tried both "Michael" and "gerard". You equipped with a cloaking device or something? Eric Pinnell

Eric: Look at the header of this message… if my USER ID isn't there, than maybe someone here on CIS doesn't want me around! Where were you looking for my ID? CIS user directory? – Whapping from the North Coast Michael

Yes, I was looking for your ID in the User directory. I wonder if this is a problem relating to TAPCIS. I changed my command settings to MENU, and then tried looking up your UID. Very odd this… Eric Pinnell

Eric… To tell you thte truth, I'm not sure I'm listed in the directory (as I recall you are not automatically included in it, you have to post your info). I'll check it out later. – Whapping from the North Coast Michael
