Help, Is there a file conversion utility that will allow me to view EasyCAD or AutoCAD files? I do not need to modify or manipulate them, just look at and print them. Please point me in the right direction. Vic

Ditek's DynaCADD will import .DXF files, which AutoCAD definitely exports, and which EasyCAD should export. You can then move files both ways, and manipulate the files under any three of the programs. I do not know how good the .DXF import is under DynaCADD, though. Thanks, However, I don't really want to buy a complete CAD package. Do you know if the demo version will import and print the .DXF files? Vic

Victor, I do not know of a viewing program for Autocad but many Amiga CAD programs will import them and then let you display them in their format, Aegis/Oxxi's Draw 2000 comes to mind formost. I believe Ultra Design comes with a CAD-Verter program to change formats between different programs. If you do not have these programs but know someone who does they will import autocad and save as IFF then you can view them with any iff viewer (with quite a bit of lost detail). ..Steve Whap!ping from beautiful coastal South Carolina

Steve, I guess I'm just looking for a cheap solution. I have some rocket plans I downloaded from Modelnet that are in .DXF and .FCD format and all I want to do is look at them and print them. There must be a way somewhere without spending money on a program I won't use or a large download. Vic
