I have tried PKUNZIP.EXE (ver 2.04g) and LHARC.EXE (ver 1.13) but neither
of them will explode these archived files. How did you manage to do it?

Hm, I don't remember what extractor I used. I have so many, one of them worked.
Try LHA.exe, this one should work.
If you don't have LHA.exe, use the IBM file finder (GO IBMFF) with key word
LHA.
