I was thrilled recently when I found a copy of Pen Pal at a used computer store (I had wanted it since it came out but couldn't afford it.) I have a few quick questions. First of all, being a used copy, there was no registration card inside; is there any way to become a registered user (I do know the number the ex-owner has it registered as.) Furthermore, it came with an two Program disks…Why? Also, what is the extras disk for (extra files)? Thanks for a great product, BobK.

P.S. If I can't become a registerred owner, can I get on the mailing list and/or recieve a catalog? Bob K.

Hi Bob. I don't have a quick answer for you. The problem is we do not remove anyone from the registered user list unless they request to be removed. Perhaps if you can give us the reg. number, we can write a letter to the original owner. If he says he sold his product, we will put you on the list at no charge. Woody

Woody, The ID # 03250 is written in the inside cover of the manual. Thanks for researching this for me…I'm excited about it! Bob
