Has anyone received their Consultron CrossDos5 upgrade yet? They cashed my
check weeks ago and according to what some said here, promised to start
shiping out July 28th.

GRACIA,
The crossDos5 is shipping. I have a copy of it here. Just follow
directions and if you want to run Cross-PC, go and get MS-DOS_5.0. You'll
need it and so does the program. You'll also need a MS-DOS bootable disk
to get things started.

If you want something nicer than 5.0 try DRDOS 6.0, it also runs on
Cross-PC. Task switching under DRDOS is much better than MSDOS 5.0. I
only wish they had been able to implement a VGA emulation!

I'm jealous!! Hope it hasn't been lost in the mail. I also ordered
MS-DOS_5.0. I've used CrossDos 4 a little so I should be able to muddle
through <:^}>. Of course I haven't had too good a bating average lately
between Post printing landscape and my Supra V.32bis.

Don't be jealous. I got my copy of CrossDos Plus from my dealer who asked
me to try it out and report back to him on how easy it was to insatll and
set up. I have Ambassador on order, so when the test was over, back to the
store it went. I'm waiting on my 386 Bridge Board next and some more Hard
Drive room!!! 52 megs went fast!!!

I feel better <g>. I guess they haven't sent it yet. Maybe I'll send a note
asking about it. I know they have a BBS, but all calls, even CI$ are long
distance for me.
