Does anyone know of any TCP/IP software for the Amiga? PD, shareware, or
commercial?

Commodore sells TCP/IP software. Package AS225.

Do you know, if I have an Amiga and the AS225 package from CBM, what would
be compatible with it on a PC? I've got an Amiga with a huge hard disk,
and two PC's that would like to be able to exchange files with it quickly
and easily.

Hi, Mr. X! Long time no type. 🙂
You'll need the Amiga Ethernet card, of course. 🙂 The Amiga software
comes with Telnet, the R-commands (rlogin, rsh, rcp), FTP and NFS (client
only). The cheapest way to go is to get a Western Digitial Ethernet card
for each PC, and get the NCSA Telnet package (which is PD). Then you'll
be able to FTP programs back and forth between the machines. I think
those WD cards go for between $150-$200.
It's been years (like about four) since I've looked into Sun's PC-NFS
package, but that's another route you might try. It is more expensive
though. (More expensive hardware, and the commercial software).

Any idea of how much the AS225 TCP/IP package costs? And what sort of
hardware is required?

the AS225 software costs about $250 (again, I think).
