Thats' true, the quadra will get slapped in the face, as will the high end pentium based machines. Side note: yesterday we received mail from SGI directly touting the Indy and inviting us to an open house to see the new machine (this in addition to our sales rep). Looking at the card it appears they got my name off of a mailing list, and since I buy several mac publications it didn't surprise me that in the corner of my label it said MW-KC… MacWorld perhaps ???? One of my coworkers also received one but his had the letters CG-KC, he only subscribes to one magazine, computer graphics world….. Interesting

I am going to the Indy on Tour presentation at Tyson's Corner Virginia. If I can find the fax, I'll post the number. By the way, I know an SGI person that is 'lurking' here. 🙂 -mark= Otto Pilot Engaged..

Lurking?? I'm just a curious, harmless little fuzz-ball!

If you know an SGI person that is lurking here tell them to speak up….. Soooo many questions and so little solid information!

There's a brief blurb on the Indy in the latest issue of New Media magazine.
