#High color flic player
6 messages in this thread
Hello, I've heard that there is a high color flic player out there
but I do no know what it is called. It is supposed to play flics
in 30k color mode, etc.? Could someone please send me in the
right direction? Thanks!

Hello Jeff,
Mathmatica, in FL., they make Tempra Paint & Tempra Show also make a HiColor
player-editor.
Also there is a demo of F16 that makes-plays HiColor over in the MULTIMED
forum.
Let me know if you get them, I also have some interest but I am currently busy
on other projects.

Kurt, thanks, I'll check these out. I was under the impression that
there was a shareware program avail. also. Thanks for the info…

Jeff,
There's a slightly crippled hicolor flic builder/player by Steve Enns called
HCFLI (the builder) and HCPLAY (the player). It's available on a number of
bulletin boards, but I don't think it's on CIS.
In other news, DTA can now build Tempra FLX files… but you need Tempra
Turbo Animator to actually play them. –dkm
Kurt-
Tempra Turbo Animator is the name of the product from Mathematica, but with my
experience the results are sub-par with anything other than mosquito-sized
images. Take a look at Visual Circuit's VTV-2000. It's a hardware/software
solution that meshes quite well with Animator Pro & 3D Studio.
