When I install the Win32 SDK using manual installation, I try to type SETENV
<drive>:\mstools. It does nothing because there is not setenv.exe in my
machine. Can you tell me how can I get the file.
How the library and include header file put on the environment after I install
?
Is make file need to do some change when I compile under Windows NT ?

The file that you are looking for is c:\mstools\setenv.bat. At least, this is
where it is for me when I used the graphical install. If it is not there,
then look on the CD, from under DOS if you cannot read the CD under Windows
NT.
