#Toaster 2.0 Card Help

Hi, I would like to see if someone could help me with this problem.
When I startup my toaster and get into the switcher my DV1 channel
looks OK, but my DV2 channel where I should get the color bars
display is "shifted". The bottom part of the color bars is on top and
the top part is on the bottom with no color. It looks kind of out of
phase.
Is there anything I could do to fix this problem? Idon't want to send
the board to NEWTEK, because I live in Aruba and when they send the
card back to me I'll have to pay taxes on it. And since NEWTEK
declares the card to be worth around $1500, I have to pay 20% of this
amount in taxes.
Try calling NewTeck Tech support to see if they can help you over the
phone…
Victor konta, I live in Curacao and I also have a toaster. Try NewTek
Tech support directly. But if you have to send the board back get a
customs form (In Curacao model F) and than they will only charge
taxes on the repair costs when you get your board back in ARUBA.

I just had a similar problem with my Toaster, my DV1 looked fine but
DV2 looked like it had MAJOR Chroma F/X going on. I just took the
board out and placed it back in making sure it had seated in and it
is now good as new. Whenever I get problems, after checking the
obvious, this is the first thing I do and most of the times it is the
problem.
I hope yours is just as simple.
