I recently formated my BB virtual boot drive as 43 MB partition by changing a single parameter in the MakeAB command. Does anyone know if this is a potential problem? I formated and later optimized the harddisk from the BB side with no problems. Approximately 12MB remains. Comments? 32 megs is a MS-DOS limit, I believe. Another fellow tried what you did and everything seemed fine until the FILES on his hard drive exceeded 32 megs, at which point he began having problems. — Ron Legro from Milwaukee via AUTOPILOT (The only way to fly)

Ron, I believe the 32 meg limit was version 3.0 and below. Versions 5 and above have eliminated that barrier. Anyway I current stand at 40MB and have used a standard disk optimizer with great results. Helm by: Auto Pilot Starship by: Commodore Registration: Amiga 4000/030 ***Sensor***
