11 messages in this thread
I have an A500 with one meg RAM, external 3.5, Zoom 2400bps Modem, 13" Magnavox
RGB Monitor 40. Workbench 2.1, Fatter Agnus chip. Loads of software
including Word Perfect for the Amiga, with manuals. Games including Kings
Quest 5, Wing Commander, Kyrandia, Falcon, Larry 5 and many other titles.
System in good shape. Only flaw is that the zero key on the numeric keypad does
not work.
If interested or have any questions please E-Mail. Will accept best offer.
Thanks.
Rob
Dear Robert,
I have been searching for all manner of Amiga equipment. I am not sure what
you have tied up in this unit moneywise so it's tough to make an offer. Could
you please leave me a message in my mail letting me know, or at least giving me
a rough idea as to what you're looking for? If it sounds ok I'll be happy to
take it off your hands. Thanks alot, and take care.
Sincerely,
Richard Tonti
Richard: (and anyone else interested)
I have an A600 for sale. It has no added memory, so it only has chip ram,
either 1 meg, or 2, I don't remember how much the A600's came with. It
also has a 60meg internal HD as well. I also have LOTS of Amiga gear that
I'd like to sell, a couple of graphics cards (Firecracker24, A2410), both
AMaxII+ (with ROMS) & Emplant cards. I've got 1 or 2 2091's. I also have
an ASDG Dual Serial board, as well as an ASDG Twinex card with the GPIB
module complete with the Pro ScanLab software to run a Sharp JX300
scanner, and some other stuff that I can't think of at the moment.
If you're interested in any of this stuff, either leave me email, or you
can call me voice @ 800-327-9420 weekdays and we can discuss it.
I also still have lots of Konica 10 meg floptical drives if you (or anyone
else) are interested, these use special 10 meg 5.25" SCSI floppy disks,
and can also read PC 360k & 1.2M floppies (using CrossDOS), and I'd sell
these for $75.00 per drive. As far as prices on the other stuff, tell me
what you're interested in, and what you'd pay for it, and I'll either
accept the offer, or make a counter offer.
I also have both a C= 2232 multi serial card, and an A2024 high rez
monochrome monitor, but while I'm not using either of these, I'm not
really sure if I want to sell them or not.
I also have a friend who's selling lots of Amiga software, he sold his
Amiga & replaced it with a few PCs. I'm not really familiar with all he
has, but I know he has lots of games, some programming stuff, and some
utilities, so if you want something specific, let me know & I'll ask him.

Dear Mike,
Sounds interesting but which one is it, an A500 or A600 as the general
classified heading indicates an A600, and your message says it's an A500. I
will try to call you later today.
Thanks,
Richard T.
The message SUBJECT title is the one _you_ created in your posting. Mike
just REPLIED, which maintains the same SUBJECT title.
Dear Michael,
Sorry, I am new to Compuserve, and don't quite have things down pat yet.
Take care.
Richard T.
Richard,
No need to apologize! You asked a question… I answered it. Enjoy the
boards!
Dear Michael,
Thank you. It's nice to feel so welcome.
Sincerely,
Richard Tonti
I am not familliar with the Konica floptical drive. Are the 5.25 floptical
disks easy to obtain and how much do they run? Is the drive internal SCSI or
External? Kevin
Kevin:
The disks are available from Konica Technologies in CA in boxes of 10
each. I think a box of disks costs around $150.00 or so, but havn't
checked in a while. The drives I have are internal SCSI drives.
