I am trying to use Viewtek 2.0. I have figured out the .gif file for gopher needs the old chip set, so now I can get it to paint on the screen, however as soon as the .gif are done painting, they each disappear. This is true of the weather maps I have downloaded too. Clearly, I'm doing something wrong. I can't figure out from the docs what I need to set to get the image to stay up for a few seconds. I thought delay would do it. I thought the space bar would do it. No luck. I'm using my A1200, 4 megs fast ram, (and of course 2 megs chip ram, and 1942 monitor.
