Does anyone know of ANY Ipas Programs to generate Cinematic Style explotions…
All of the ones I've seen don't come close to realism
they all seem to just scatter faces in an explosive way, even when
you add the Fire and Smoke from Ipas 6 you still don't get what I'd like
to see…. I saw an animation for Armoured Fist from Nova Logic, and it just
BLEW me AWAY!! the explosions in it are incredible!!
Has anyone else seen it??
Digimation's Magic IPAS used with the Yost Group's Glow routine can make a
pretty good explosion, Tim.

Tim,
You could try Magic.AXP from Digimation along with the Yost Hilight.IXP or
Glow.IXP.
If you need fire and smoke the Yost disk 6 has vapor and flame.

Depending on the look you are going for… we've been able to get almost Alias
quality firey explosions out of Gary's Flame and Vapor IPASs.

i need almost the exact same thing for an animation coming up next
week would you tell me or better yet send me an example of how it is
done it would greatly speed up the design process since this is a
rush on this job. and of course there will be a consulting fee
arranged for you.
