Please excuse my ignorance here… I just finished working through the tutuorial that comes with version 1.3 and it looks pretty cool. From what I can tell, the only resolution that I can create in is 320 x 200. I also read something about authoring in 640 x 480 but I don't have any drivers for that.. I'm trying to integrate what I create in Animator Pro into IconAuthor 5.1. The problem is that it needs to big enough so that you can see it on 17 in XGA-2 monitor. My questions is….How do I get the drivers for viewing the FLCs on a higher resolution monitor. Rick Olivares USAA San Antonio, Texas

In order to get high resolution, you need a VESA driver for your VGA card. Check the disks that came with the card and see if the manufacturer gave you one. Or mabye there is a BBS you can download it from. Or tell us what VGA card you are using and mabye we can point you to some drivers here on CIS. -brian

Brian, My company doesn't give us the video drivers that come with our monitors. Anyway, I'd appreciate if you could tell me where I could find the VESA drivers for an IBM XGA-2 card. I'm using an IBM PS2 model 85 if that makes a difference. Thanks, Rick Olivares USAA San Antonio, Texas

The most recent IBM XGA-2 VESA Drivers can be found in LIB 1 of GAMAPUB – I believe the file name is IBMVES.ZIP. Judy
