I learned more if you look into System Options you will see
Tension Default: XXXX
Continuity Default: XXXX
Bias Default: XXXX
Change the Continuity default to 0 this will give you that robot movement that
we both want. This will effect all keyframes from now on this will not help
old keyframes. This is also found in Key Info.
If you set this before you start the animation this will be in effect through
out your whole animation. Good Luck.

PMJI, but if you want a particular continuity on all frames of
your animation, set it as you mentioned in KeyInfo and then click
on the "G" button beside the CONT slider.
The "G" stands for global and will affect all keys.
