I am a new member of AmigaForum and am wondering sit on on the weekly conferences. As rite this it is 10:08EST Saturday, and according to the conference bulletin there is a conference now. But when I hit CO, I am placed in conference mode but there seems to bve no one here. I did /users sig and a whole bunch of people were listen in 'access' area of the forum. Rich, Just hang around if you can afford it. Someone will eventually go into CO. Times vary, (Except for Formal CO) but you can generally find people in there after 10 PM EST. Most of the time it's informal, and unless it's posted as being formal (check the bulletins) just jump right in. Looking forward to meeting you, Doug p.s. I am not a sysop. Just a pest <grin>

Hi Richard, welcome to the Amiga Forum. There are people in the CO at all hours day and night. Usually if you just go into the CO and wait a couple of minutes someone will show up. You can also SENd a realtime msg to a person who is in the forum by typing either SEN job# msg from the FUNCTION prompt or /SEN job# from the CO. The way to get job numbers from the FUNCTION prompt is to type UST. ACCESS means that a user is in the Data Libraries, SIG the msg area and CO the CO. Marlene
