Ok — sorry for the mis-info. I could have sworn it was on the 2.1 disks (I
knew it wasn't on 2.04) — but, I can't find my originals now, and, as I told
Andy, if I do find them it may not be relevant since they came from CATS rather
than the dealer channels.
