#MagicWB 2.0
6 messages in this thread
Any Amiga user that is skeptical about the new MagicWB 2.0 should register
for this nice package. I got mine tonight and I have been having the most
fun with my Amiga that I have had in months. The icons are great, the
backgrounds are great, the Iconupdate program is great! This is a must
have for all Amiga owners, more so for WB3.0+ users. This package takes
advantage of the expanded capabilities of WB3.0. I am really pleased with
MagicWB 2.0.

I have been really wanting to do it. My only concern is turn around time.
When I read the documentation I noticed a surcharge for express
processing or something like that. How long did it take for you and what
registration sight did you use. I thought it made sense to use the NY
site.

Mike, They had problems with mine for some reason. I had sent cash because
the registration information suggested that I would get it faster if I
did. I was skeptical about putting $20 in an envelope and mailing it. It
finally came in about three weeks. I don't actually think the software was
completed when they posted the offer. It is a good concept having a
registration site in the US. I think that it would be nice to put an
internet address in the docs or something so I could chech on the status.
I know it's only $20 but it is the principle.
But, the software is well worth the wait. I have not had so much fun in
months. I sat down in front of my Amiga at about 9:30 PM and the next
thing I knew it was 1:30 AM. And now I'm back at it.

Darald,
>I got mine tonight
How did you order it, e.g did you order from the US site or from Germany?
How long did it take to arrive?
-Marty
Marty, I ordered mine from the US site. It took about 3 weeks but worth
it.
Darald
Darald,
Thanks for the info. I got the preview of 2.0 and have had the order form
printed out for a few days…now just got to get around to mailing it out.
