I have had the PAR locked up for a couple of months because my dealer
sent me the wrong hard drive. I have sent it back to him and I am
now ordering a new HD from a different dealer here in Mexico City.
Does anyone know if the Micropolis 2217A will work? It is a SCSI
drive, and I was under the impression that the PAR needed an IDE
HD…
The 2217A will work with the PAR as will the 2200A. These are both the
recommended drives for the PAR now. As far as I know though, the 2217A is
an IDE drive. (Maybe there is a SCSI version as well.?!)
