Question about your SCSI control card…. 4008. Thinking of adding a couplre of 1 Meg SIMM's to my board. Are the SIMM's the normal (30 oin or thereabouts) – or are they the 72 pin type? I take it that 80 ns. chips will do the job. Best regards, Hilary

80ns if fine. Memory is industry standard 16-bit SIMMS (I think its 32 pins. I always forget that myself). The 8 chip versions, 9 chip versions, 2 chip versions and 3 chip versions will all work, although I recommend that you stick to one type.

It's actually our OLD building that we moved back into. With the unfortunate trun of events with Commodore, we have had to scale down operations. Technical Support was, however, moved into a larger section, so we're happy. Thanks for asking. In the future, please start a new posting for messages. Because we answer everything offline, we don't always see that more messages have been added to one particular posting. I hate WINCIM for that, but there's no way around it (unless I convince them to use AutoPilot instead!). Michael GVP TECH
