Tracy-having problems with cardfile transfer into the yellow pages; get the message : Error #1002 C;|windows\desktop\yellow.btr. And nothing will transfer into the yellow pages from the cardfile. Also get this error message if I try to directly enter into yellow pages. Help please. Second problem is that am getting increasing frequently of windows crashes while working in address book. message is : Book caused a General Protection Fault in module KRNL386.exe at 0001:9f62. What can be done to solve this? Data is not lost but is surely irritating to have to reboot. Thirdly, since you probably get lots of harrassment and no humor: What do you call a midget phychic fugutive? A small medium at large. Thanks in advance, Alan

Alan 1. For error 1002 please run file doctor, select all 4 options. Please note that running file doctor takes approx. 2-3 seconds per record so you might want to do it at the end of the day. 2. A KRNL386.exe is a Windows error. Please 1. Locate the file on one of your original Windows install disks. 2. Exit out of Windows. 3. Expand the Windows file off the disk by typing the following at the DOS prompt: expand(sp)a:\krnl386.ex_ (sp)c:\windows\system\krnl386.exe note: (sp)=space Where a: equals the drive letter of the diskette drive the Windows install diskette is in. Your Windows directory may have a different name. For example it could be located in a different drive (other than c) and it could be named win or win31 instead of windows. Thanks for the joke 🙂 Marisa, Okna Tech Support
