I recently received DeskTop Set and cannot find the right way to export my
phone directory from Packrat v.4.1.
I have tried using both the comma and tab separated export features of PackRat
but get all sorts of garbled information or a GPF in Import.exe when trying to
bring it over.

You need to export out of Packrat into a comma separated ASCII file. Make sure
when doing the import you select the .csv file. I'm not aware of any problems
with this import, please let me know when the GPF is happening. I'll check
with Martine…she has been testing our competitors import/export.
