Great! So AAS is full of bugs and I can't get the update because I'm in the
UK.
Those people who have bought Autodesk Animator Studio and have the feeling that
they have paid for an alpha-test standard product may be interested to try the
following. Select Help|About and double-right-click on the text to the right
of the wobbly movie. Looks like from Autodesks point of view, the joke is on

Don't you like all those lovely pallette shifts? I think they're really funky.
Who wants to see 256 colours anyway?
When I get my update I'll do the "Help | About" thing first. If the problem is
still there, I know I've still got an Alpha product.

I did what you said and you are right. I'll see if I can find out what is
going on here.
Actually if you want to fully appreciate the handywork of the geek responsible
for this, close the movie in the About box before double-right-clicking on the
text. ( You do this by right-clicking on the movie and selecting close from
the popup menu ). Oh, and turn the sound up…
