#MAXX upgrade price

Whats the price going to be to upgrade to MAX from release 4. I got the impression that it would be $495 from the files in the library but just wanted to make sure. And, will their be a MAX/NT upgrade bundle? MAX looks AWESOME! Thanks Jason
