I'm the proud new owner of a used PAR system and suspect that it does not have
the decimator chip installed. In Razor Pro, I recieved an error when trying to
load an *.ani file that said, "RAZOR PRO REQUIRES PAR HARDWARE REV. 1.1!".
Does this confirm that the decimator chip is not installed?
Would I be able to see an empty chip holder on the PAR card?
Who should I call to get a decimator chip fast?

No, you replace a chip with the upgrade. Call DPS on Monday and they will be
able to tell if the PAR has the new chip by the serial #.
