Thanks for the clarification. That is not how the quote from the MAX
readme file in one of the zips in the library (as noted in the previous
message) reads. Someone should pull that file and alter it.
Since no ship date has been announced the moral here is order it now or
forever hold your peace.

You folks are amazing, you're everywhere! While you're there may I make
another *small* preventative suggestion… put the phrase "this entire list is
preliminary, and anything…" in caps for those that like to scan to the
feature set with their flame throwers on stand-by <g>.

I looked, but didn't see any comment on render farms for MAX. Will we still be
able to have many machines rendering with one license of MAX?

Gary indicated that net-rendering with MAX would be the same as with 3DS
DOS.

I think that the NETWORK pulldown on the Max menu is a good indication that
it will have functionality similar to that of "Classic".
