Hello Chuck,
can you help me.
I'm very interesting in Lightwave 4.0 for Intel Platform.
But I don't know, where I can get it.
Next month, I#m also in USA.
Please can you give me an adress in germany an one (or more) in USA, whre I can
order or bye it?.
I'm also student, so I'm also interested in the price and if there is a
reduction for students? What do I need etc.

Michael,
Having used the 3.5 Amiga version, I must admit to loving the programme and
everything I have read about version 4.0 sounds very good.
However, a word of caution …. if you do buy LW 4.0 for the Intel
machines…. don't assume you will be able to upgrade it as the programme
evolves.
You may find yourself in the same position as many amiga owners… promised an
upgrade for a certain price only to find this gets cancelled and registered
users not even informed.

There is not a special discount for students at this time, although I will pass
along your interest to Marketing. I can't direct you to retail sources in
Europe, as we sell to distributors there who then sell to retail outlets. I
would suggest watching the European Amiga magazines for advertisements, since
it is likely that among the first to carry LW for the PC will be those who have
been selling LW for the Amiga.
A number of dealers, including Hank Teller, frequent this conference, and would
be able to work with you regarding Lightwave. Send me EMail with information
on what parts of the US you will be visiting, and I can inform you what NewTek
dealers are located in those areas.
