That's good to know.
However, ignoring major software developers is nothing short of stupid. I'm
certain that many will bail in the time period between when ESCOM decides it's
un-busy enough to provide the courtesy of a reply.

True! I don't think what they are doing is perfect, they do need to put
more effort into developer relations. I'll see what I can find out about
what the plans are for communications with developers in the near term and
let you know.
