Doug, As far as deleting the faces, don't hold the mouse button down. Select the vertice and release the button. Move the mouse around and you should see the faces that share the selected vertice "highlite". When the face that you want to delete is highlited, click the mouse button again. You will be prompted to confirm that you do indeed want to delete that face. Let me know if this works for you. This should also help with the face-align-viewport problem. Good luck! Marty

Marty, Thanks for the help. Nik at Autodesk told me to configure my 3d editor for not more than 256 colors. I'm configured at 65,000 colors (see, I told ya I was green.) Any thing higher than 256 colors will not display highlights. Thanks again Doug -Doug Davis

Doug, Well Nik is _kinda_ right. The displaying of highlights for faces etc., is totally dependent on the Vibrant driver you're using. On many cards working in 24 bit works just fine. On some you have to use 256 colors. Unfortunately, it seems you have to work in 256 – no biggie unless you've got Mirage or LenzFX. DM
