What does BOOPSI Stand for? I guess OO is Object Orientated but what about the
B and PSI?

BOOPSI is a part of intuition.library and located in the ROMs since OS 2.0.
Documentation and Examples can be found in the 3rd edition of the RKMs.

Is it not documented in the 2nd edition? After all it is part of the 2.0 ROMs.

well, the editions of the RKMs cover the following OSes:
1st edition (1986): KS/WB 1.1
2nd edition (1989): KS/WB 1.3
3rd edition (1991): KS/WB 2.0
for 2.1 and above, only the includes & autodocs (and some tutorials) have been
released as a disk-based archive to developers.
