I'll add in my mail to Mr Massey that making the HMI non available to other systems than PC/Mac will for sure drive some people to reverse-engineer it. And CIS will see some 3rd party OLRs on the market which may cause them problems (sending stuff in the wrong format etc.) Something that can't be good for CIS. Frederic, They actually only need a programmer who can come in occasionally to work on these. Once the HMI was compiled for the Amiga, they would not really need an Amiga programmer again until changes were made to that basic library. So a contract programmer would work just fine. I think there WILL be some changes to HMI in the next few months – since they've announced that there will be two major updates to their CIM programs – but the one currently in use has not been changed in several years. Or so I think. —Betty
