#Cybergraphx Where?
7 messages in this thread
Where on earth do I get CyberGraphx from? Every file I see on the web seems to
be an update, not the actual file I'd need. (I have a Retina Z3.)
TIA

Hi Paul,

Yes, there was some confusion about this. Because CyberGfx went comercial, the
'boss' of Aminet decided to take the shareware-version out of Aminet. There was
some name-calling but they did come to a solution. The 'original' distribution
will be in bizz/demo and the updates will remain in gfx/cards.
Hope this helps,

Thanks Karl. I'll look in biz/demo, though last time I checked it wasn't there
yet. Maybe by now everyone'll have gotten their acts together.

You're absolutely rigth. It' isn't there yet. It was announced yesterday on
the CyberGfx-mailinglist that it will be there *soon*. If you don't like to
wait, you can find the latest CyberGfx-soft on ftp.netcom.com in /pub/en/envoy.
BTW, they are up to 2.08 now.

Wow, they sure move fast. I think I'll just go ahead and buy it.

Zombie,

>Wow, they sure move fast.<
Yeah, they have to keep fixing the new bugs! ;-(
DPaint won't work (won't even start up) with 2.06->2.08! Even in Amiga modes!
Other problems too.
I've gone back to 2.04 that came with my CV64 board.
