>Maybe your Barber wasn't voted in the top ten.< What I am talking about is Nick Rahal, my AMIGA dealer. He deals directly with Newtek and is one of the dealers voted in the top 10 % of dealerships in the USA. He took pain for me in my formative years on AMIGA , and continues to separate fact and fiction regarding our platform. Remember not to take to heart all that you read here; some have have unstated causes for which they would take Newtek to ruin. I ask …. who are they that have placed legal class actions on Newtek this year, and how do their letters appear in the venus in contrast to others? I'm a nuclear mechanic/weldor with certifications on the wall. My mock up training was complete in and around reactor chamber work. During control rod changes, we had to dress in bubble suits and literally dive under the reactor and put our very lives at risk. My knees were knockin' that first time; but I can say that the other men who trained on either side of me were trusted beyond reproach. You ask, why mention this stuff. Well, it has to do with trust in people to be the best they can be in development of systems. Those who quiver and and place unfounded blame on Newtek, allude that system problems are attributable to OPERATOR ERROR. Software will resolve all that we need in time. The list of accomplishment by Newtek is now very long indeed, and we ain't seen nothin' yet. Peace is best obtained by persuing TIPS and TRICKS than following destructive strings and worse; those who would pat you on the head for negative and come at you for being ……… constructive. "Those who quiver and and place unfounded blame on Newtek, allude that system problems are attributable to OPERATOR ERROR" What kind of nonsense is this? "Unfounded blame"? NewTek has acknowledged that its Flyer software is buggier than a roach motel. People who laid their money on the table did that to acquire finished, working products – not as tuition to become part of a beta testing program. "I ask …. who are they that have placed legal class actions on Newtek this year" Who did that? I think a number of us would like to investigate becoming part of that class. Or are you simply one of those people who gets their facts wrong? Jerry
