I have read that now Imagine 2.0 is in public domain. Could you confirm this?

Dear Regis, I have a book in English with 2 disks includes : Imagine 2.0 (only for PC, sorry for amiga men). This book is : 3D MODELING LAB by Philip Shaddock The Waite group press Philippe.

To regis Imagine in no form is Public Domain, it has been offered by several magazines but that does not make it PD. Mike Halvorson President Impulse
