>> Does anyone have a model of Portland, Oregon? Lets talk << Martin, this question is very…. braod. it's kinda like asking if anyone has a model of the entire known universe. could you be more specific? downtown area? buildings and streets? archinfo demograghic modeling data, cogobases? what? -dave

>> could you be more specific?<< Your right Dave. I'm interested in the type of model Donald Newlands created of downtown Portland (and yes Im trying to reach him). Primarily the west side downtown area and its bridges (Broadway, Freemont, etc.). I've been seeing some pretty complete downtown models show up in the files area (i.e. LA). Was just wondering if anyone wants to share meshes, models, etc. p.s. if you know of anyone who has a model of the entire known universe I would be keenly interested. Cheers -Martin

Martin, >> Does anyone have a model of Portland, Oregon? << Yes, his name is Donald Newlands (CIS 73170-3216). I'm not sure of the status of the model, as far as public use, etc. You can e-mail him if you'd like. He's in the process of moving, so he's pretty busy right now. I've been waiting to hear from him since SIGGRAPH. 🙂 Paul S.
