Hi, I wonder if someone could recommend any IPAS`s. For example do I want to make plant and trees, perhaps do a optimize. How much do they cost? Thanks/Joakim

Joakim, >> plant and trees ….. optimize. How much do they cost? << the Yost Group's Disk #7 contains quite a few great routines, including optimize (also displace, meshres, tempo, keyman and hedra2). It costs $300. You can get it by calling: 800-FOV-IPAS in USA 303-759-1024 in Europe: 44.16725.62040 (UK)

Joakim, There's also disk # 5 of the Yost Group that has a variety of plants and trees on them. If you're a little richer, you might even buy Digimation's World Builder, which allows you to make whole forests of trees and plants. – Neil 102226,3566

Martin, Hope you have fun with World Builder. I'm eagerly waiting your review of it, I don't want to fork out a lot of cash for a product that's not worth it. Hope to hear from you soon. – Neil 102226,3566

So what's the diffrence between #5 and #7 then? I guess these include meshes to merge into 3DS, or do I build my own plants? How much is that World Builder program? Is it like Vistapro or do I have more control when I create? I'd like a program that is like a big mesh and then I pick a vertice and pull it up to create a moutain for instance. And then take in to 3DS as a 3D-model and not just a background. Thanks/Joakim

Schreiber Instruments have a set of routines called "Immagine Nursery", also Schreiber sells Yost Group #5 "Silicon Garden". You might also call Viewpoint Datalabs and request information on AMAP. Hope this helps, Lee
